Morales FC's Camilo Boreyta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Abendano in the 21st minute of play. Roris Ustoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roris Ustoa got free with Victoro Gerica in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roris Ustoas short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Victoro Gerica to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Vidal Osuna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victoro Gerica was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Vidal Osuna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidal Osuna in the 89th minute of play forced CD Tililag's goalkeeper Victoro Gerica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viator Serans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Boreyta having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
