Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ramón Loranca kicked off to start the match. Xicu Mattei struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Felipe Pont didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urvina FC. The audience was convinced that Xicu Mattei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Pont was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Vicente Loyola hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Urvina FC's goalkeeper Marquez Terjida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viviano Imaz. 11 minutes into the game, Arturo Ferragudo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urvina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Celestina the free kick. After a rather tough play, Urvina FC's Arturo Ferragudo got a free kick in the 12th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Celestina's Ramón Loranca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marquez Terjida. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. In the 18th minute Xicu Mattei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Pont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Celestina's zone, Ignacio Cabarcos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Pont came out of the goal and Ignacio Cabarcos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Urvina FC's Marquez Terjida got control of the ball when Viviano Imaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Celestina's goalkeeper Felipe Pont, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Celestina getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wilfredo Granda hit a great ball. When Viviano Imaz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Celestina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viviano Imaz couldn't finish the play. Arturo Ferragudo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 42 minutes in the game, Viviano Imaz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marquez Terjida having to interfere. In the 47th minute Ignacio Cabarcos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Pont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xicu Mattei to make the kick off. Viviano Imaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xicu Mattei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Felipe Pont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Urvina FC booed when Celestina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramón Loranca didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Canzino during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, Celestina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ignacio Cabarcos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 84th minute, Ramón Loranca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marquez Terjida was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Cornelio Gaztañondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Felipe Pont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xicu Mattei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urvina FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
