Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lavalle Irigoras got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Dolarea during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes UD Sansahuari got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Dolarea. CD Imbabuela's Venceslao Navedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lavalle Irigoras in the 9th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Nicolas Cervantez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Imbabuela and the UD Sansahuari players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of UD Sansahuari booed when CD Imbabuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Cervantez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Miguel Termiñoso fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Imbabuela's protests and gave Miguel Termiñoso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, CD Imbabuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Termiñoso to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Urrue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos-Alberto Binel in the 15th minute of play. With an all-out effort, UD Sansahuari's Venceslao Navedo threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lavalle Irigoras, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Calisto Pedroza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venceslao Navedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lavalle Irigoras in the 39th minute of play. Miguel Termiñoso hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Venceslao Navedo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Calisto Pedroza sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Lavalle Irigoras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venceslao Navedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CD Imbabuela getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Umea Tacon hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in CD Imbabuela's zone, Calisto Pedroza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venceslao Navedo came out of the goal and Calisto Pedroza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Dolarea was shown his second yellow card after 46 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Carlos Dolarea kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gian-Carlo Becerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, UD Sansahuari's Lavalle Irigoras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venceslao Navedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 54th minute Calisto Pedroza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venceslao Navedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Calisto Pedroza managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Sansahuari's supporters rose to their feet, but Calisto Pedroza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venceslao Navedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calisto Pedroza struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Venceslao Navedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Sansahuari. Venceslao Navedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calisto Pedroza in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th match minute, UD Sansahuari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquez Viñaspre to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gian-Carlo Becerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Imbabuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Gian-Carlo Becerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calisto Pedroza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venceslao Navedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, one of UD Sansahuari:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
