Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Roque Paramo made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Xavier Gegunde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huarinja's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Gegunde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Baeza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Huarinja's zone, Macias Tu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xuaco Almenara came out of the goal and Macias Tu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xuaco Almenara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Macias Tu's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Roque Paramo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Pedro Baeza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Huarinja's Xuaco Almenara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macias Tu in the 28th minute of play. Virgilio Urriola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Almenara having to interfere. When Macias Tu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Sibambe SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Macias Tu couldn't finish the play.

After 51 played minutes Huarinja got a freekick which was hit by Díaz Oca. In the 53rd minute, Huarinja's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Macias Tu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Xzaver Durazno fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huarinja's protests and gave Xzaver Durazno a yellow card for diving instead. Roque Paramo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Baeza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roque Paramo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rdth minute of the game Xavier Gegunde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sibambe SC's Pedro Baeza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Macias Tu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Almenara having to interfere. Díaz Oca hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Huarinja's Xuaco Almenara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Urriola in the 72nd minute of play. If Roque Paramo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Roque Paramo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Baeza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
