Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manolo Sampedro kicked off to start the match. Roque Paramo took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Baragaño. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Sampedro in the 17th minute of play forced Huarinja's goalkeeper Xuaco Almenara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Xzaver Durazno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Roque Paramo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Baragaño was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huanguiloma's goalkeeper Mateo Baragaño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Leonardo Francos had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. In the 30th match minute, Huanguiloma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xarles Madaria to maneuver through the defense. Xavier Gegunde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Baragaño having to interfere. After 32 minutes of play Huanguiloma's Xarles Madaria was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Xavier Gegunde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jorge Maseda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Gegunde was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Huarinja got a freekick which was hit by Wilmer Puente. Huarinja's Xavier Gegunde managed to work through Huanguiloma's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Xavier Gegunde dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 57 minutes into the game, Roque Paramo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huarinja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huanguiloma the free kick. After 58 played minutes Huarinja got a freekick which was hit by Roque Paramo. A hard and well directed shot from Xzavaier Canel led 58 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Huarinja's Xuaco Almenara became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-1. Mateo Baragaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilmer Puente, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huarinja's goalkeeper Xuaco Almenara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Xavier Gegunde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huarinja's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Gegunde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Baragaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Huanguiloma getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Zavior Salvia hit a great ball. Chalá Divaichin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Almenara having to interfere. When Wilmer Puente fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huarinja's protests and gave Wilmer Puente a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, Huarinja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilmer Puente to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Xavier Gegunde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xavier Gegunde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Baragaño having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Huarinja players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
