The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lucio Villatoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urdaspal Astoreca went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in CD Dandan's zone, Urdaspal Astoreca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucio Villatoro came out of the goal and Urdaspal Astoreca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Villatoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotomayor Guismonde, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The penalty shot was made by Joaquin Manzanal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CD Dandan's Lucio Villatoro. 1-3. Sotomayor Guismonde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sotomayor Guismonde to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of CD Dandan booed when Quillalli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotomayor Guismonde didn't get a good kick on the ball.
