Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Granadilla FC's Ariel Balines started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ariel Balines sped through CD Zuna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Antonio Laurenciano. Ramiro Castellano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Urbano Moraina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loco Peroalfonso kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 27thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Granadilla FC's keeper Urbano Moraina was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ramiro Castellano struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Urbano Moraina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Zuna. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ramiro Castellano managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Zuna's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Castellano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Moraina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramirez Lezarreta's late challenge caught a CD Zuna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramirez Lezarreta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Ariel Balines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Moraina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Castellano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramiro Castellano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Granadilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaniusky Fornell to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Castellano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Urbano Moraina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Udaeta during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Guillermo Udaeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Ariel Balines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granadilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Balines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Laurenciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in CD Zuna's zone, Esterilla Monteserin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Laurenciano came out of the goal and Esterilla Monteserin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of CD Zuna booed when Granadilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vidal Fontao didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loco Peroalfonso in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Moraina saved Granadilla FC from getting behind. In the 77th match minute, CD Zuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Magarinos to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Asencio Lozana sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CD Zuna's Antonio Laurenciano didn't even have to move. Ariel Balines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loco Peroalfonso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urbano Moraina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Ariel Balines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
