A collision led to Chorocopte FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Chorocopte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esterilla Monteserin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Carabalí Hortigosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chorocopte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carabalí Hortigosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Moraina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Chorocopte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Balines came free, but Xayveon Garraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Asencio Lozana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chorocopte FC's Xayveon Garraz did a great save. In the 20th minute of the match, Carabalí Hortigosa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Urbano Moraina saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Granadilla FC defense, Emanuel Falconi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urbano Moraina. The Granadilla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urbano Moraina should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Emanuel Falconi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chorocopte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 27th minute, Xosepin Monroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Balines during the 28th minute. Urbano Moraina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carabalí Hortigosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carabalí Hortigosa made a kick off. Xayveon Garraz was a little too slow when Ariel Balines got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 3-2. Ariel Balines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Xayveon Garraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xosepin Monroy hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Granadilla FC's Urbano Moraina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carabalí Hortigosa in the 72nd minute of play. After 80 played minutes Chorocopte FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Peñacerrada. Ariel Balines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Xayveon Garraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentine Espinoso hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Balines in the 85th minute of play forced Chorocopte FC's goalkeeper Xayveon Garraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Moraina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Falconi in the 88th minute of play. Esterilla Monteserin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chorocopte FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Granadilla FC for a fine match.
