Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Carcelen FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jorge Avalos hit a great ball. Ricardo Galaviz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Goulo in the 7th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Carcelen FC got a freekick which was hit by Xizavier Arraiz. Eduardo Barbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ricardo Galaviz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Ramiro Goulo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cusibamba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Goulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Teo Obina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edmundo Isurieta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teo Obina in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmundo Isurieta saved Cusibamba FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Cusibamba FC's zone, Miguel Larrinoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmundo Isurieta came out of the goal and Miguel Larrinoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Teo Obina notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cusibamba FC's Edmundo Isurieta. Edmundo Isurieta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute Miguel Larrinoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Isurieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Miguel Larrinoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Isurieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Larrinoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Krikorian Morera's late challenge caught a Cusibamba FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krikorian Morera helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Carcelen FC got a freekick which was hit by Krikorian Morera. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Goulo to strike the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Barbera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo Galaviz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Goulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Eduardo Barbera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ricardo Galaviz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Eduardo Barbera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Goulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ricardo Galaviz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vigil Zuaza during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teo Obina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Vigil Zuaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Teo Obina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Isurieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Barbera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Galaviz having to interfere. When José-Luis Prada fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cusibamba FC's protests and gave José-Luis Prada a yellow card for diving instead. José-Luis Prada kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The Carcelen FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Carcelen FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
