Xabel Berlanga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Fuertehijar in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Joaquin Fuertehijar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xabel Berlanga. Huamanqui SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquin Fuertehijar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 57th match minute, UD Jiron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pico Pereña to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Fuertehijar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huamanqui SC's Xabel Berlanga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Huamanqui SC from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute, Pico Pereña had to leave the field with a concussion. After 69 minutes, Valentine Pinillas mouthed his way into the referee's book.
