Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Magro's goalkeeper Americo Clas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reyes Ulloa. Reyes Ulloa might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Clas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reyes Ulloa ran back to his position shaking his head. 7 minutes into the match, Magro's goal looked a bit too open when Aguirre Para came free, but Americo Clas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Magro's Mateo Gainza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramos Cespedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute Mateo Gainza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramos Cespedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Reyes Ulloa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mateo Gainza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magro's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Gainza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramos Cespedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Jacinto Agreda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Guerrero Comacho came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Magro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guerrero Comacho couldn't finish the play. Magro's Americo Clas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Alfonso in the 29th minute of play. Zula's Reyes Ulloa got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aguirre Para had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Clas came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zula's Reyes Ulloa. But to his dismay, Reyes Ulloa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Guerrero Comacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ramos Cespedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Clas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Campos Angeles in the 44th minute. Aguirre Para sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Magro were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateo Gainza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Guerrero Comacho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Sicilia during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Magro getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Augusto Sicilia hit a great ball. Reyes Ulloa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Clas having to make a save. In the 73rd minute of the match Xaver Valaguer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Americo Clas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ramos Cespedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guerrero Comacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Americo Clas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reyes Ulloa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mateo Gainza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramos Cespedes was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The Zula supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Magro's performance. The match ended with a win for Magro.
