Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Pucapamba FC's Xefe Llosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uhin Frexes's late challenge caught a Aichapiche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uhin Frexes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pucapamba FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Uhin Frexes hit a great ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Lucio Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aichapiche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Diaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vito Trinidad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucio Diaz went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Pucapamba FC's Vito Trinidad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Hiriart in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute Xefe Llosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerio Lomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Pucapamba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Gascon to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Aichapiche's Jacobo Tene broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Xefe Llosa came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Pucapamba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xefe Llosa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xefe Llosa in the 29th minute of play forced Aichapiche's goalkeeper Valerio Lomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Hiriart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Trinidad having to interfere. A collision led to Pucapamba FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Roberto Villamayor hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Hiriart in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito Trinidad saved Pucapamba FC from getting behind. After 36 minutes, Xzaiver Capelo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Aichapiche's Valerio Lomba tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alberto Hiriart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vito Trinidad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Valerio Lomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xefe Llosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Pucapamba FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Ameda. 59 minutes into the match, Díaz Arras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vito Trinidad. Pucapamba FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Díaz Arras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Lucio Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aichapiche's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Diaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito Trinidad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aichapiche's Alberto Hiriart got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucio Diaz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A hard shot 68 in the game by Alberto Hiriart from a close distance when the talented Vito Trinidad managed to make a qualified save. Pucapamba FC's players were relieved. Valerio Lomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xefe Llosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Aichapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Uhin Frexes came free, but Valerio Lomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xzaiver Capelo struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Valerio Lomba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pucapamba FC. 89 minutes into the match, Aichapiche's Alberto Hiriart sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vito Trinidad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valerio Lomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xefe Llosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Pucapamba FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Villamayor. The Aichapiche players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
