Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jairón Bara started the match with the kick off. Xepe Pelaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Velo in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Cornejo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Xepe Pelaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Joaquin Calviño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Antonio Burriaga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Cornejo. Antonio Burriaga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Edgar Cornejo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 27 minutes into the game, Uzuri Manzano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Manilla the free kick. Edgar Cornejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Burriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, UD Manilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chico Mejina to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Burriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in UD Manilla's zone, Angel Velo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Cornejo came out of the goal and Angel Velo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Velo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edgar Cornejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antonio Burriaga made a kick off. If Angel Velo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Velo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Edgar Cornejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jairón Bara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairón Bara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Calviño having to interfere. Joaquin Calviño made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Xepe Pelaz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of UD Manilla booed when Polo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. España Abrego didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Jairón Bara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Manilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairón Bara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xepe Pelaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Jairón Bara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
