After 5 minutes, Coyette Paderniga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falcon and the Sua players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sua booed when Falcon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coyette Paderniga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Falcon's Cristian Melic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitin Juarbe in the 7th minute of play. Sua's Vitin Juarbe got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th play minute Valerio Ariza came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zeruko Comillas. 1-0. Cristian Melic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitin Juarbe went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cristian Melic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Urruchua in the 23rd minute of play. When Vitin Juarbe came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Sua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitin Juarbe couldn't finish the play. After 26 played minutes Falcon got a freekick which was hit by Denis Mascareñas. If Vitin Juarbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Falcon booed when Sua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Chandeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th match minute, Sua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jácome Poblaciàn to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Daniel Huera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falcon's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Huera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeruko Comillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th match minute, Sua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Corneja to maneuver through the defense. Falcon's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Torres Argaez in the 39th minute. A nice corner shot did that Torres Argaez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zeruko Comillas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zeruko Comillas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Falcon's Polo Orantes. But to his dismay, Polo Orantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 44th minute Gonzalo Urruchua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Melic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torres Argaez during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, one of Falcon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Falcon. The referee gave Sua a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pedro Corneja, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Falcon's Cristian Melic. 2-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Polo Orantes to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Polo Orantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeruko Comillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Huera in the 55th minute of play forced Sua's goalkeeper Zeruko Comillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Gonzalo Urruchua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sua's Zeruko Comillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Huera in the 59th minute of play. Valerio Ariza hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Zeruko Comillas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polo Orantes in the 69th minute of the match. Falcon's Daniel Huera got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Polo Orantes in the 76th minute of play forced Sua's goalkeeper Zeruko Comillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vitin Juarbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Polo Orantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeruko Comillas having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Polo Orantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeruko Comillas was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitin Juarbe in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Melic saved Falcon from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Vitin Juarbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 98 minutes, Gonzalo Urruchua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Urruchua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
