Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ismael Burguete started the match with the kick off. Zoil Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute, Ismael Burguete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Puredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of UD Gigantones booed when Nucamazo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vennancio Torienzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Mostaza charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Mostaza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nucamazo's Ulises Mostaza got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ismael Burguete took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Puredo. Pedro Puredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Zuhaitz Lombana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Castillo Pecina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoil Feliu might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Puredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Feliu ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Puredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Burguete in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Nucamazo's Ovidio Peral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Castillo Pecina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute Ovidio Peral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castillo Pecina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, UD Gigantones's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Peral came free, but Castillo Pecina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the UD Gigantones defense, Zuhaitz Lombana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Castillo Pecina. The UD Gigantones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Castillo Pecina should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Zoil Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Puredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Burguete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ovidio Peral made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Puredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Burguete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoil Feliu got free with Pedro Puredo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zoil Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th match minute, Nucamazo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Urdaneta to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, one of Nucamazo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, UD Gigantones's Gregorio Valea got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pedro Puredo. Zoil Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Puredo having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Nucamazo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mellington Rezabal to maneuver through the defense. If Zoil Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Burguete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Puredo having to interfere. With his leg Pedro Puredo managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when UD Gigantones's Zoil Feliu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the UD Gigantones defense, Zuhaitz Lombana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Castillo Pecina. The UD Gigantones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Castillo Pecina should have stopped the shot.
