Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roldan Traveso kicked off to start the match. Gramalote SC's Zeru Uja got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roldan Traveso in the 5th minute of play forced Izamba's goalkeeper Zayveon Laredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zayveon Laredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldan Traveso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gramalote SC's Zeru Uja got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Izamba's Ismael Herrero got a free kick in the 11th minute. Rafael Collado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ismael Herrero during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Izamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Herrero to maneuver through the defense. Zeru Uja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Zayveon Laredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roldan Traveso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Roldan Traveso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izamba's Zayveon Laredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Zeru Uja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gramalote SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeru Uja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Collado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeru Uja in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zayveon Laredo saved Izamba from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Osvaldo Vicente put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zuhaitz Alseda. The supporters of Gramalote SC booed when Izamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayoví Olarria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Roldan Traveso notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Izamba's Zayveon Laredo. Zayveon Laredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zayveon Laredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roldan Traveso in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Izamba's goalkeeper Zayveon Laredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeru Uja. Zeru Uja who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Zayveon Laredo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Gramalote SC defense, Rafael Collado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zuhaitz Alseda. The Gramalote SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zuhaitz Alseda should have stopped the shot. Roldan Traveso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zayveon Laredo having to interfere. Zuhaitz Alseda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Collado in the 93rd minute of the match. Gramalote SC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Izamba had won, even though Gramalote SC had held more of the ball.
