Ur Mantilla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Ramiro Bao skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ur Mantilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ramiro Bao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christobal Guceño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Bao having to interfere. 16 minutes in the game, Ur Mantilla dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Daniel Mazuca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Mazuca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Walter Caldueño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Caldueño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Mascaran in the 25th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Ruperto Leiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chiriacu SC and the CD Rumishitana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Ruperto Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chiriacu SC's zone, Ur Mantilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Bao came out of the goal and Ur Mantilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Mascaran in the 43rd minute of play forced CD Rumishitana's goalkeeper Walter Caldueño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, CD Rumishitana's Xefe Echenique got a free kick in the 47th minute. Jacinto Mascaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Caldueño having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ramiro Bao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christobal Guceño in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Chiriacu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Galaz to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Chiriacu SC's goal looked a bit too open when Christobal Guceño came free, but Ramiro Bao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Christobal Guceño sped through Chiriacu SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramiro Bao. 68 minutes into the game, CD Rumishitana's Christobal Guceño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Bao made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 76 minutes into the game, Fleitas Martioda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chiriacu SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Rumishitana the free kick. When Christobal Guceño came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the CD Rumishitana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christobal Guceño couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chiriacu SC's goalkeeper Ramiro Bao, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christobal Guceño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chiriacu SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CD Rumishitana.
