Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudio Betancurt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Claudio Betancurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Walter Caldueño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Rumishitana's goalkeeper Walter Caldueño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Orianga SC's Rodríguez Jorge suffered a concussion in the 8th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 8 minutes into the game, Xano Closa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Rumishitana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orianga SC the free kick. In the 9th match minute, CD Rumishitana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xano Closa to maneuver through the defense. Graziani Cuyar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Walter Caldueño skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Diaz Planes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orianga SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diaz Planes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Graziani Cuyar in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Caldueño, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Reynaldo Ciencabrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christobal Guceño in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Graziani Cuyar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Walter Caldueño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 26 minutes, Claudio Betancurt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orianga SC and the CD Rumishitana players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aragón Gamarra during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orianga SC's Reynaldo Ciencabrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ur Mantilla in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Ur Mantilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Rumishitana's supporters rose to their feet, but Ur Mantilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Ciencabrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reynaldo Ciencabrero came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by CD Rumishitana's Ur Mantilla. But to his dismay, Ur Mantilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ur Mantilla was the one to do the kick off. CD Rumishitana's Walter Caldueño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graziani Cuyar in the 51st minute of play. Ur Mantilla got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Reynaldo Ciencabrero handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Ur Mantilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Betancurt was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Orianga SC's Claudio Betancurt got a free kick in the 59th minute. Aragón Gamarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diaz Planes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diaz Planes during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Reynaldo Ciencabrero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Rumishitana. After 76 played minutes CD Rumishitana got a freekick which was hit by Ur Mantilla. CD Rumishitana's Aragón Gamarra got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Orianga SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ur Mantilla came free, but Reynaldo Ciencabrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Orianga SC booed when CD Rumishitana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ur Mantilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ur Mantilla during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Ur Mantilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
