Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zaquiel Freyle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of León Cedofeita when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 7th minute, Pedro Mesia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Batan were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Zhucay FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Juan-Carlos Toraya took the corner. The corner led to CD Batan's Gómez Velastegui getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Gómez Velastegui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Batan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zhucay FC the free kick. After 10 played minutes CD Batan got a freekick which was hit by Gómez Velastegui. Xosepin Ureta hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes, Zhucay FC's Pedro Mesia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Viviano Salazar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zhucay FC reached it. Xosepin Ureta's late challenge caught a Zhucay FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xosepin Ureta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CD Batan getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Xosepin Ureta hit a great ball. Zhucay FC's Pedro Mesia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CD Batan. CD Batan's Viviano Salazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romo Zuñiga in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Romo Zuñiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zhucay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romo Zuñiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Xulian Camara made a precise shot to the right of Viviano Salazar. CD Batan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 35th minute, Gómez Velastegui fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of León Cedofeita, passed just outside the right post. Parrales Peñuelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gómez Velastegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. León Cedofeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Gómez Velastegui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Gómez Velastegui was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. Gómez Velastegui hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Romo Zuñiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Viviano Salazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th match minute, Zhucay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xulian Camara to maneuver through the defense. Zhucay FC's Pedro Mesia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Viviano Salazar but with some difficulty. Zaquiel Freyle hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes Romo Zuñiga rounded CD Batan's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Romo Zuñiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, CD Batan's Zaquiel Freyle got a free kick in the 79th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Romo Zuñiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
