Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maximo Casavela got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Pillig FC's Uxio Sotorrio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urtsua Urbilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Uxio Sotorrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillig FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uxio Sotorrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Yiyo Romillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, UD Taura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cumbicus Soraiz to maneuver through the defense. Pillig FC's Yiyo Romillo managed to work through UD Taura's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Yiyo Romillo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Maximo Casavela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pillig FC's Yiyo Romillo got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pillig FC! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yiyo Romillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zuri Pertierra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uzuri Azadon having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Maximo Casavela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uzuri Azadon was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Uzuri Azadon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuri Pertierra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zabal Andia kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Zuri Pertierra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zuri Pertierra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uzuri Azadon having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Pillig FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zuri Pertierra came free, but Uzuri Azadon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pillig FC's Uzuri Azadon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuri Pertierra in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Pillig FC's Uxio Sotorrio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urtsua Urbilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd match minute, UD Taura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Quiróz Lejobeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. UD Taura's Jairo Aguiar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 99th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pillig FC. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The UD Taura fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pillig FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
