The supporters of Barbasco booed when Lajas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Melgarejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Suárez Ubago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Mirabal struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Leonardo Felpeto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ignacio Herce. In the 86th minute, Ruben Mauleon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Suárez Ubago took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Leonardo Felpeto to make any attempt to save it. After 92 played minutes Barbasco got a freekick which was hit by Stalin Riaño.
