Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gonzales Botas got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes Cunchibamba got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Quintero. After having played for 10 minutes, Suárez Ubago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Suárez Ubago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Cunchibamba's Pablo Perlacia got control of the ball when Richard Astoreca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richard Astoreca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Perlacia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cunchibamba's zone, Suárez Ubago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Perlacia came out of the goal and Suárez Ubago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Richard Astoreca came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Barbasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Astoreca couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cunchibamba's Xaime Meruendano got a free kick in the 25th minute. Suárez Ubago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Suárez Ubago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Barbasco's Suárez Ubago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Perlacia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Cunchibamba's Gonzales Botas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Viscon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 41st minute Suárez Ubago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Perlacia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Victoriano Bon fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cunchibamba's protests and gave Victoriano Bon a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Cunchibamba got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Bon. Richard Astoreca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Fernando Viscon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Garces in the 53rd minute. Gonzales Botas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Viscon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Fernando Viscon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzales Botas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 67th minute, but Fernando Viscon got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Barbasco hanging dry this time. Suárez Ubago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Richard Astoreca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Astoreca in the 88th minute of play forced Cunchibamba's goalkeeper Pablo Perlacia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cunchibamba's zone, Richard Astoreca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Perlacia came out of the goal and Richard Astoreca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cunchibamba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
