Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leonardo Davalos got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes, Cunchibamba's Noriega Llosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonardo Felpeto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cunchibamba reached it. If Gonzales Botas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Felpeto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzales Botas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Davalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Perlacia having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cunchibamba's Guillermo Amador got a free kick in the 13th minute. Jose Garces fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Felpeto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Garces in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Felpeto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th match minute, Cunchibamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Quintero to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Quintero during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lajas booed when Cunchibamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Quintero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Elkin Ballugera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cunchibamba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lajas the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cunchibamba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Pablo Perlacia, was totally fooled by Lajas's Espinola Queralt, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Xicu Albizua came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pablo Perlacia could save by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Lajas's Leonardo Davalos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Perlacia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Pablo Perlacia managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Lajas's Xicu Albizua fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzales Botas to strike the kick off in the second half. Xicu Albizua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Pablo Perlacia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Felpeto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Garces in the 71st minute. If Jose Garces had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes Cunchibamba got a freekick which was hit by Gonzales Botas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Garces got free with Leonardo Felpeto in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute, Xicu Albizua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Lajas booed when Cunchibamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Quintero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Xicu Albizua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
