After 2 played minutes Yanahuaicu FC got a freekick which was hit by Pico Olozagoitia. In the 5th minute, one of Pillin:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pillin. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Urtungo Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pillin's supporters rose to their feet, but Urtungo Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Tio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute of the match Xavies Lisarra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salas Fuertes skillfully saved the ball. In the 15th minute Pico Olozagoitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salas Fuertes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Zarain charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Zarain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Yanahuaicu FC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Zarain. 23 minutes into the game, Eduardo Cañarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yanahuaicu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pillin the free kick. After 23 played minutes Yanahuaicu FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Cañarte. Vachon Rubires hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Salas Fuertes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pico Olozagoitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pico Olozagoitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pillin's Salas Fuertes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xines Irazu in the 34th minute of play. Uriel Tio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villagra Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Xines Irazu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Villagra Aguilera made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Villagra Aguilera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Villagra Aguilera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55 played minutes Pillin got a freekick which was hit by Delgado Estivariz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pico Olozagoitia in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salas Fuertes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtungo Faria in the 58th minute of play forced Yanahuaicu FC's goalkeeper Uriel Tio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pillin's goalkeeper Salas Fuertes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salas Fuertes made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Pico Olozagoitia sent off a good shot on target. Simon Cerrajero hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Leo Elenes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uriel Tio skillfully saved the ball. Xines Irazu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salas Fuertes having to interfere. The long shot by Xavies Lisarra in the 82nd minute really tested Salas Fuertes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 84th minute Urtungo Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Tio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villagra Aguilera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Uriel Tio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Tio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urtungo Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
