The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector-Luis Sequeiros got free with Freddy Fuica in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gonzalo Madinabeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Guezmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, UD Pillig's Agustín Albear got a free kick in the 58th minute. When Tanchiguo FC's Xeromo Vadillo, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Tanchiguo FC. Tanchiguo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Marcelo Callergos scored to the left of an out of position Freddy Fuica, making the score, 0-3.
