When Gima SC's Luis Arzuriaga in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Segal's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Arzuriaga in the 6th minute of play forced CD Segal's goalkeeper Sebastian Vigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dannes Mendaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CD Segal's Sebastian Vigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Arzuriaga in the 14th minute of play. Xayvion Udias hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. CD Segal's Zabal Hernaez got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zabal Hernaez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Uxio Braña made a huge save. When Zabal Hernaez came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the CD Segal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zabal Hernaez couldn't finish the play. Dannes Mendaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Gima SC got a freekick which was hit by Zuñiga Inchaurdi. The supporters of Gima SC booed when CD Segal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zabal Hernaez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Luis Arzuriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uxio Braña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velasco Clavell in the 43rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Velasco Clavell in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uxio Braña saved Gima SC from getting behind. Dannes Mendaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Vigo having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Luis Arzuriaga made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Gima SC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Yaniusky Costeras hit a great ball. If Luis Arzuriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dannes Mendaza in the 59th minute of play forced CD Segal's goalkeeper Sebastian Vigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gomez Gallostegui kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Gomez Gallostegui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 played minutes, Gima SC's Macias Barrallo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Vigo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gima SC reached it. Zabal Hernaez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uxio Braña having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Coyette Posse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uxio Braña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velasco Clavell in the 81st minute of the match. Uxio Braña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velasco Clavell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zelipe Casaponsa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Velasco Clavell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gomez Gallostegui fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Segal's protests and gave Gomez Gallostegui a yellow card for diving instead. Gomez Gallostegui kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Uxio Braña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velasco Clavell in the 94th minute of the match.
