Sebastian Vigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenes Mendosa in the 19th minute of play. Victor Natos struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sebastian Vigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puelazo SC. CD Segal's Sebastian Vigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Natos in the 22nd minute of play. Sebastian Vigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ximenes Mendosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Puelazo SC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Santiago Nieves hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Ximenes Mendosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, one of CD Segal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CD Segal. Sebastian Vigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenes Mendosa in the 39th minute of play. Guillermo Arainz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velasco Clavell in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Zabal Hernaez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Segal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Velasco Clavell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Arainz having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Velasco Clavell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
