In the 5th minute, Raúl Capistrano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Camacho Nogal, passed just outside the right post. Ramon Bentisca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fricson Astete, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Valery Cabañeros kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. If Fricson Astete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tio SC's attack was well implemented in the 14th minute, but when Pico Agosta was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ramon Bentisca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pico Agosta in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pico Agosta in the 27th minute of play forced Meza SC's goalkeeper Ramon Bentisca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Meza SC's goal looked a bit too open when Pico Agosta came free, but Ramon Bentisca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Pico Agosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramon Bentisca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fricson Astete in the 34th minute of play. Pico Agosta struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ramon Bentisca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tio SC. Ramon Bentisca came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Tio SC's Pico Agosta. But to his dismay, Pico Agosta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Meza SC's goal looked a bit too open when Fricson Astete came free, but Ramon Bentisca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pico Agosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ramon Bentisca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Demetrio Alfaro fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meza SC's protests and gave Demetrio Alfaro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Meza SC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Demetrio Alfaro hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fricson Astete got free with Ramon Bentisca in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Tio SC's goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Capistrano came free, but Camacho Nogal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raúl Capistrano in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camacho Nogal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Jaramillo Somorrostro in the 70th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Fricson Astete got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ramon Bentisca was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Pico Agosta took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ramon Bentisca to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Meza SC booed when Tio SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Planes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Raúl Capistrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fricson Astete got free with Ramon Bentisca in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lastra Gascon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaramillo Somorrostro in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camacho Nogal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Tio SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tio SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
