Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ismael Bornes started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute James Caballeria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Casanueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Pumar's late challenge caught a UD Victoria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Pumar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, Tullapamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Pumar to maneuver through the defense. After 8 played minutes Tullapamba got a freekick which was hit by Estevez Trabeso. Zoilo Andueco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaramillo Urruchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Ismael Bornes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If James Caballeria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UD Victoria's Zoilo Andueco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaramillo Urruchi in the 23rd minute of play. After 24th play minutes Zacarias Linares shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Luis Casanueva and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Suárez Baul during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Tullapamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Suárez Baul to maneuver through the defense. If James Caballeria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, UD Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Bornes came free, but Zoilo Andueco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Casanueva made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Zacarias Linares sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for James Caballeria to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, UD Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Bornes came free, but Zoilo Andueco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in UD Victoria's zone, Ismael Bornes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoilo Andueco came out of the goal and Ismael Bornes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Casanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Caballeria in the 57th minute of the match. UD Victoria's Zoilo Andueco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Bornes in the 60th minute of play. UD Victoria's Zoilo Andueco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save UD Victoria from getting a goal against them. In the 61st match minute, UD Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Manjaleguas to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Bornes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers James Caballeria in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Casanueva saved Tullapamba from getting behind. Jaramillo Urruchi came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zoilo Andueco could save by the left post. 81 minutes into the match, UD Victoria's goalkeeper Zoilo Andueco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaramillo Urruchi. Ismael Bornes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Tullapamba's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 84th minute, Ismael Bornes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. UD Victoria's Zacarias Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zoilo Andueco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Bornes in the 90th minute of the match. Ismael Bornes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Zoilo Andueco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Jaramillo Urruchi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
