Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Barriga in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Mielgo saved UD Chilipala from getting behind. Hernan Mielgo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Barriga's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. If Eugenio Amenedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arboleda Igareda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Chilipala's goalkeeper Hernan Mielgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hernan Mielgo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoil Guifens, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Fortunato Gabi hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, UD Chilipala's Michael Araico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Burbano Ronquillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Celso Barriga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuevlan's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Barriga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Mielgo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celso Barriga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Mielgo having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Burbano Ronquillo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of UD Chilipala booed when Zuevlan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xarles Zaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Michael Araico came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the UD Chilipala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Araico couldn't finish the play. Hernan Mielgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Barriga in the 46th minute of play. Michael Araico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Burbano Ronquillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arboleda Igareda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in UD Chilipala's zone, Celso Barriga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Mielgo came out of the goal and Celso Barriga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Zuevlan's goal looked a bit too open when Arboleda Igareda came free, but Burbano Ronquillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Mielgo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Amenedo in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Celso Barriga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuevlan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Barriga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st match minute, UD Chilipala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xantalen Aldasoro to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, UD Chilipala's goalkeeper Hernan Mielgo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Amenedo. 79 minutes into the match, Zuevlan's goal looked a bit too open when Arboleda Igareda came free, but Burbano Ronquillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Celso Barriga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iván Vanegas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. UD Chilipala's Hernan Mielgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Barriga in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Xantalen Aldasoro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Chilipala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuevlan the free kick. In the 88th match minute, UD Chilipala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xantalen Aldasoro to maneuver through the defense.
