Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonardo Herrero started the match with the kick off. UD Yamala's Julio Vellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Herrero in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, UD Yamala's Bolívar Alcano got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Leonardo Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vellana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UD Yamala's Cevallos Vital got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Xavier Millera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UD Yamala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Leonardo Herrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Payamino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Herrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vellana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ximun Descalzo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ximun Descalzo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ximun Descalzo hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute of the match Sebastian Suazo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walter Fontevilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Julio Vellana was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Evelio Llantada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evelio Llantada really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After having played for 23 minutes, Evelio Llantada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Payamino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Llantada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes in the game, Julio Muguia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Julio Vellana having to interfere. UD Yamala's Julio Vellana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save UD Yamala from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Luciano Oliva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Yamala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Payamino FC the free kick. UD Yamala's Julio Vellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Herrero in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Julio Muguia notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of UD Yamala's Julio Vellana. Julio Vellana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vellana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Herrero in the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Payamino FC's zone, Intriago Siles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Fontevilla came out of the goal and Intriago Siles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Intriago Siles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Millera in the 48th minute of play forced Payamino FC's goalkeeper Walter Fontevilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Millera was the one to do the kick off. Intriago Siles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Walter Fontevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Muguia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vellana having to interfere. If Intriago Siles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Payamino FC's Walter Fontevilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Millera in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Julio Muguia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Payamino FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Ximun Descalzo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Xavier Millera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 74 minutes, Xavier Millera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Yamala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Millera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. UD Yamala's Xavier Millera got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Yamala's goalkeeper Julio Vellana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luciano Oliva hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, UD Yamala's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Herrero came free, but Julio Vellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of UD Yamala booed when Payamino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Cachurro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Intriago Siles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Puget's late challenge caught a UD Yamala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Puget helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Payamino FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Puget. In the 88th minute, Xavier Millera fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Payamino FC's Javier Puget got a free kick in the 89th minute. Payamino FC's Walter Fontevilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Payamino FC from getting a goal against them. Intriago Siles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Enrique Sanjurjo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Payamino FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Yamala the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Payamino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Sanjurjo to maneuver through the defense. Intriago Siles struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Walter Fontevilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Yamala. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Payamino FC were victorious despite being under pressure from UD Yamala for much of the match.
