In the 12th match minute, Cruz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Galvan to maneuver through the defense. Armando Uria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 minutes, Armando Elizondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cruz FC and the Alamor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armando Elizondo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Urbasa Polanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cruz FC's Escobar Coteron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbasa Polanco in the 19th minute of play. Escobar Coteron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbasa Polanco in the 26th minute of the match. Cruz FC's Escobar Coteron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbasa Polanco in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Alamor FC's zone, Xaime Presa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonso Gabiña came out of the goal and Xaime Presa tried to chip the ball over his head. Escobar Coteron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Xaime Presa came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Cruz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xaime Presa couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urbasa Polanco to make the kick off. If Xaime Presa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonso Gabiña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xaime Presa went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the match, Alamor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xaime Presa came free, but Alonso Gabiña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbasa Polanco couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the game, Armando Uria lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Escobar Coteron. If Xaime Presa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alamor FC's zone, Sanchez Peñarroja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonso Gabiña came out of the goal and Sanchez Peñarroja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xaime Presa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonso Gabiña having to make a save. Escobar Coteron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Moniz in the 83rd minute of play. Armando Uria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xaime Presa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 89 minutes, Armando Uria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alamor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Uria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Urbasa Polanco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute, Armando Elizondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Xaime Presa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
