Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Pancho Villafaña started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 10th minute, Ibarra Cascajares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Rixon Villagarcia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UD Laguna's Víctor Labiaga didn't even have to move. Xulio Rebolloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Víctor Labiaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xulio Rebolloso in the 21st minute of play forced UD Laguna's goalkeeper Víctor Labiaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pancho Villafaña struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Víctor Labiaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Aguacatal. Pancho Villafaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Víctor Labiaga having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Ubelteso Bazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Laguna's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubelteso Bazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vela Lebrato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ubelteso Bazan came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the UD Laguna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubelteso Bazan couldn't finish the play. Ubelteso Bazan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. UD Laguna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ubelteso Bazan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vela Lebrato. That made the score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ubelteso Bazan to strike the kick off in the second half. Ubelteso Bazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Vela Lebrato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grueso Bernaldez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vela Lebrato. UD Aguacatal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pancho Villafaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Roberto Castaños hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Castaños charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Castaños the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to UD Laguna getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Roberto Castaños hit a great ball. Víctor Labiaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pancho Villafaña in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Rodolfo Alpanseque got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When UD Laguna's Ubelteso Bazan in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee gave UD Laguna a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by George Urdiales, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UD Aguacatal's Vela Lebrato. 2-0.
