Chaya FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Buenavista the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Chaya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xacintu Franquis to maneuver through the defense. Trota Feito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Victorino Saz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chaya FC's zone, Trota Feito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Saz came out of the goal and Trota Feito tried to chip the ball over his head. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Buenavista! UD Buenavista's Federico Moroño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacintu Franquis in the 23rd minute of play. Trota Feito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Victorino Saz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xepe Chirinos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Venceslao Campon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Buenavista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaya FC the free kick. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Buenavista! The referee gave Chaya FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vilson Estevis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UD Buenavista's Federico Moroño. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trota Feito made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trota Feito in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Saz saved Chaya FC from getting behind. Xepe Chirinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Moroño having to interfere. Trota Feito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Victorino Saz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Xepe Chirinos came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Chaya FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xepe Chirinos couldn't finish the play. Santo Olasagasti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Victorino Saz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xacintu Franquis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Moroño having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in UD Buenavista fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! Chaya FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
