Federico Moroño didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Víctor Prus went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Chaucan getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Xofre Munibe hit a great ball. Trota Feito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xinaro Sagredo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, UD Buenavista's Clemente Diaz got a free kick in the 27th minute. Víctor Prus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Federico Moroño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Xofre Munibe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaucan and the UD Buenavista players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Xofre Munibe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Olasagasti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xinaro Sagredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, one of Chaucan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave UD Buenavista a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yambay Montez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chaucan's Xinaro Sagredo. 2-1. In the 66th minute, Santo Olasagasti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xinaro Sagredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Santo Olasagasti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xinaro Sagredo having to make a save. In the 81st minute of the match Zuhaitz Lanza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Moroño showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Isaias Sancho struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Federico Moroño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaucan. José Montalban hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Víctor Prus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Moroño having to interfere. If Santo Olasagasti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaucan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
