The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Caller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 85 minutes, Mariano Galarza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Galarza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Miranda SC's Zambrano Riaño slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Candelario Merida. That made the score 2-3 after 87 minutes of play. Vermudo Monasterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoel Gerica in the 97th minute of the match. Mariano Galarza took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vermudo Monasterio. Vermudo Monasterio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
