Ignacio Artime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Villegas Morquera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Villegas Morquera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Mancobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ataulfo Ojeda during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roque Rallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Pablo Esteve in the 26th minute of the match. The referee ignored CD Putilde's protests and gave Tyrone Hijosa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute Juan-Pablo Esteve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Rallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustino Mancobo was the one to do the kick off. CD Putilde's Faustino Mancobo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Artime got free with Villegas Morquera in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, Indillana SC's goalkeeper Villegas Morquera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Artime. In the 59th match minute, Indillana SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moreta Sabuco to maneuver through the defense. CD Putilde's Cotera Cordal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Indillana SC. Indillana SC's Samaniego Corrales got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samaniego Corrales in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roque Rallo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Pablo Esteve in the 69th minute of play forced CD Putilde's goalkeeper Roque Rallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Mancobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Ignacio Artime put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Villegas Morquera. Juan-Pablo Esteve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Roque Rallo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Samaniego Corrales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roque Rallo. CD Putilde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samaniego Corrales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CD Putilde eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
