Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Monge Arbizu kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, CD Compona's Urtzi Valiño got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ficoa's Victorino Says couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CD Compona. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monge Arbizu in the 11th minute of play forced Ficoa's goalkeeper Cortez Cerdan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CD Compona's Yader Carcel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Capetillo in the 13th minute of play. Villota Alzedar struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Yader Carcel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ficoa. In the 21st match minute, Ficoa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Padolles to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Ficoa's goal looked a bit too open when Monge Arbizu came free, but Cortez Cerdan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azconzábal Jesus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cortez Cerdan having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Ficoa got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Jerez. Diego Capetillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Capetillo to make the kick off. Ficoa's Cortez Cerdan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monge Arbizu in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CD Compona's zone, Villota Alzedar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yader Carcel came out of the goal and Villota Alzedar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CD Compona's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Diego Capetillo 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Rodolfo Jerez charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Jerez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Rodolfo Jerez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Azconzábal Jesus in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cortez Cerdan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodolfo Jerez kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Plasencia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ficoa's Cortez Cerdan didn't even have to move. Azconzábal Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monge Arbizu took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cortez Cerdan. Cortez Cerdan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Yader Carcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Capetillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to CD Compona getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Urtzi Valiño hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Capetillo in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yader Carcel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yader Carcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Capetillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Monge Arbizu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rodolfo Jerez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ficoa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
