When Jairo Euque fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Soledad's protests and gave Jairo Euque a yellow card for diving instead. 8 minutes into the game, one of UD Soledad:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. UD Soledad:s Intriago Mendieta showed great skill when he stopped Alessandro Pazo:s penalty. Adrian Espinola hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Adrian Espinola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yayurcu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ubendu Ucedo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Alessandro Pazo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rodrigo Falco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavies Eguilaz having to interfere. After 40 minutes of play, UD Soledad's Urti Lomelin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xavies Eguilaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the match, UD Soledad's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Borines came free, but Intriago Mendieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adrian Espinola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urti Lomelin made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Yayurcu's goal looked a bit too open when Urti Lomelin came free, but Xavies Eguilaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yayurcu's Zabal Magdaleno got a free kick in the 54th minute. Evelio Borines struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Intriago Mendieta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yayurcu. After 61 played minutes Yayurcu got a freekick which was hit by Xinto Acaron. Urti Lomelin had several of the Yayurcu's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 64 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Xavies Eguilaz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Urti Lomelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavies Eguilaz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Espinola in the 70th minute of play forced UD Soledad's goalkeeper Intriago Mendieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xinto Acaron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joel Leiro charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Leiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to UD Soledad getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Joel Leiro hit a great ball. Intriago Mendieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Espinola in the 84th minute of play. Xavies Eguilaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urti Lomelin in the 86th minute of the match. Xavies Eguilaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Falco in the 87th minute. With a little luck, Yayurcu's Xavies Eguilaz got control of the ball when Rodrigo Falco tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Adrian Espinola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The UD Soledad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
