Espinoza Brugos's late challenge caught a UD Yaraspungo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Espinoza Brugos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Espinoza Brugos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, UD Yaraspungo's Vigil Salas threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frutos Lomeli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Roque Longar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vigil Salas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azconzábal Jares in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbes Villametide in the 84th minute of play forced Pasaje's goalkeeper Vigil Salas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave UD Yaraspungo a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Johnny Morua, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pasaje's Vigil Salas. 2-2. During the 93rd minute of the match Espinoza Brugos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent.
