Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antonio Caravantes kicked off to start the match. Johnny Caravajal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Rivacoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the game, Humberto Rivacoba recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Johnny Caravajal. Humberto Rivacoba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bustos Durango during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zhambran's Bustos Durango got a free kick in the 9th minute. Gustavo Estenaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Xusto Noreña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xusto Noreña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Caravantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Caravantes in the 25th minute of play forced Zhambran's goalkeeper Xusto Noreña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Humberto Rivacoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zhambran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Rivacoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lagarto FC's Gustavo Estenaga in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zhambran's goalie prevented a goal. Lagarto FC's Johnny Caravajal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Rivacoba in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Humberto Rivacoba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johnny Caravajal. The goal made the score 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Rivacoba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Zhambran's goalkeeper Xusto Noreña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Estenaga. If Antonio Caravantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Zhambran's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Caravantes came free, but Xusto Noreña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bustos Durango scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johnny Caravajal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johnny Caravajal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Rivacoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Humberto Rivacoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zhambran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Rivacoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Lagarto FC defense, Bustos Durango kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johnny Caravajal. The Lagarto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johnny Caravajal should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Lagarto FC's Jacinto Eureste got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 81 minutes of play, Zhambran's Humberto Rivacoba made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johnny Caravajal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Zhambran's Texeira Hondon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Xusto Noreña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Estenaga in the 85th minute. Jacinto Agustino's late challenge caught a Lagarto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Agustino helped the player get up and apologised. Jacinto Agustino hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Gustavo Estenaga took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Xusto Noreña to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Estenaga got free with Xusto Noreña in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Rivacoba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Johnny Caravajal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zhambran had won after a very even match.
