Lucas Lombraña who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Xencio Cubillas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Armando Lobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvis Lomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Alfredo Flecha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xencio Cubillas. Alfredo Flecha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. CD Mache's Armando Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zilar Dagora in the 20th minute of play. Elvis Lomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Lobo having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, Cusibamba FC's Elvis Lomas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Lobo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zilar Dagora struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Armando Lobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cusibamba FC. In the 30th minute, Zilar Dagora made a precise shot to the right of Armando Lobo. CD Mache's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 39 minutes into the match, CD Mache's Lucas Lombraña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xencio Cubillas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The CD Mache players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cusibamba FC were winning 1-2.

CD Mache's Armando Lobo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save CD Mache from getting a goal against them. Armando Lobo made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Zilar Dagora sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st play minute Zilar Dagora came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Armando Lobo. 1-3. 66 minutes into the game, one of CD Mache:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Humberto Revenga walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Zilar Dagoras short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Armando Lobo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Elvis Lomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Flecha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Lombraña in the 92nd minute of play forced Cusibamba FC's goalkeeper Xencio Cubillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Juan-Alfredo Basagoitia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cusibamba FC's Xencio Cubillas didn't even have to move. Xencio Cubillas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Flecha in the 98th minute of the match. The CD Mache supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cusibamba FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cusibamba FC.
