The supporters of Namarin SC booed when CD Moya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aguirre Guazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Tros, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. De-la-Cruz Murias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xuaco Azpilcueta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Alejandro Sabuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Azpilcueta having to interfere. Alejandro Sabuco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alejandro Sabuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 29 minutes, Iván Arrate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Namarin SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iván Arrate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, CD Moya's Emiliano Matas got a free kick in the 30th minute. De-la-Cruz Murias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Xuaco Azpilcueta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quiróz Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Arrate in the 36th minute of the match. De-la-Cruz Murias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Azpilcueta having to interfere. Xuaco Azpilcueta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from De-la-Cruz Murias in the 40th minute of play. Xuaco Azpilcueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from De-la-Cruz Murias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Namarin SC's Iván Arrate in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Moya's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and De-la-Cruz Murias made a kick off. Quiróz Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iván Arrate in the 54th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Emiliano Matas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salas Cubo in the 67th minute of play forced CD Moya's goalkeeper Quiróz Beltran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Matas hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Salas Cubo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
