Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Namarin SC's goal looked a bit too open when Roris Guipuzcoa came free, but Xuaco Azpilcueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Balsay's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Arrate came free, but Adolfo Llantada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Namarin SC's Iván Arrate in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balsay's goalie prevented a goal. Xuaco Azpilcueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roris Guipuzcoa in the 18th minute of the match. Adolfo Llantada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iván Arrate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Casado Baroja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xuaco Azpilcueta was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Casado Baroja sped through Namarin SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xuaco Azpilcueta. Guerrero Sopuerta charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guerrero Sopuerta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guerrero Sopuerta kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Xuaco Azpilcueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casado Baroja, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to Namarin SC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ivan Eliseo hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, Balsay's Méndez Incera shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xuaco Azpilcueta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Balsay reached it. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Namarin SC's goalkeeper Xuaco Azpilcueta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Balsay were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st match minute, Balsay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Llorens to maneuver through the defense. Roris Guipuzcoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xuaco Azpilcueta having to interfere. The supporters of Namarin SC booed when Balsay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Llorens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Casado Baroja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xuaco Azpilcueta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casado Baroja in the 67th minute of play. Salas Cubo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roris Guipuzcoa took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xuaco Azpilcueta. Xuaco Azpilcueta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Namarin SC's Xuaco Azpilcueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Llorens in the 75th minute of play. Salas Cubo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Llantada having to interfere. After some careless play in the Balsay defense, Iván Arrate kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Llantada. The Balsay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Llantada should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Namarin SC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ivan Eliseo hit a great ball. Balsay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Méndez Incera in the 99th minute. The corner led Balsay's Méndez Incera to fire away a dangerous shot which Xuaco Azpilcueta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Balsay supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Balsay would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
