The wind increased when Humberto Pumar made the kick off in the second half. Calhuache's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Osvaldo Cobian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Pumar, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Carlos-Alberto Urruchua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calhuache's Carlos-Alberto Urruchua got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Calhuache fully deserved thier win.
