Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zelipe Valonga made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Chipuloma SC booed when Yawaentza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Peregrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Veraza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ramírez Lapenya came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Chipuloma SC's Zelipe Valonga. But to his dismay, Zelipe Valonga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hugo Laiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramírez Lapenya having to interfere. Ramírez Lapenya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zelipe Valonga in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caicedo Marron in the 18th minute of play forced Chipuloma SC's goalkeeper Christobal Arintero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zelipe Valonga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xzaver Angeriz hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Christobal Arintero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Lobado in the 28th minute. Ramiro Peregrin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Caicedo Marron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Christobal Arintero made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Lobado got free with Christobal Arintero in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Efrain Veraza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yawaentza FC's Cevallos Cabrero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chipuloma SC. Ramírez Lapenya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Laiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caicedo Marron was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrossi Viergol during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Ambrossi Viergol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Xavion Baroja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Hugo Laiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hugo Laiz came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Chipuloma SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Laiz couldn't finish the play. Zelipe Valonga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ramírez Lapenya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Veraza kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Cevallos Cabrero didn't quite understand what happened when in the 65 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Zelipe Valonga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramírez Lapenya having to interfere. When Villafuerte Limpias fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chipuloma SC's protests and gave Villafuerte Limpias a yellow card for diving instead. 73 minutes into the game, one of Chipuloma SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Christobal Arintero had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Cevallos Cabrero's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Urtun Vasquez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Christobal Arintero. Chipuloma SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hugo Laiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramírez Lapenya having to interfere. Zelipe Valonga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ramírez Lapenya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Caicedo Marron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christobal Arintero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xanti Burcena during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Rafael Lobado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yawaentza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Lobado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christobal Arintero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
