One of Aluburo SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CD Jachahuango:s goal. Urtats Lorencio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 8th minute, Ambrossi Flamenco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, CD Jachahuango's Urtats Lorencio tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Santos Aenlle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ximenez Virto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Ysidro Agra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Aluburo SC booed when CD Jachahuango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Barrueta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castro Arcaute showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ximenez Virto in the 32nd minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, CD Jachahuango's Ximenez Virto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Castro Arcaute made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Segundo Moreyre came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Aluburo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Moreyre couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the CD Jachahuango defense, Ysidro Agra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xofre Gredilla. The CD Jachahuango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xofre Gredilla should have stopped the shot. Castro Arcaute showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ximenez Virto, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Ximenez Virto made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Ximenez Virto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Jachahuango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ximenez Virto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CD Jachahuango's Garcia Gorbalan came free and shot a quick shot against goal 53 minutes in the game, fortunately Castro Arcaute had problems saving as it came toward the left post. When Ysidro Agra, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 55 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Xofre Gredilla was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Castro Arcaute made an important save on a dangerous shot by Garcia Gorbalan in the 57th minute. Garcia Gorbalans short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Castro Arcaute to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Castro Arcaute made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenez Virto in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Ximenez Virto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ximenez Virto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Aluburo SC's zone, Garcia Gorbalan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Castro Arcaute came out of the goal and Garcia Gorbalan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
