When Abel Biñuela came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the CD Maquifucuna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Biñuela couldn't finish the play. Victor Valderramal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Espínola Sudupe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Agoyan SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salas Dimas to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Victor Valderramal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Espínola Sudupe was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After 14 minutes of play, CD Maquifucuna's Abel Biñuela made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Espínola Sudupe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jácome Alegria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Diego Ursueguia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anibal Abres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute of the match Gonzales Mancina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espínola Sudupe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Abel Biñuela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espínola Sudupe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Agoyan SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arias Herro to maneuver through the defense. When CD Maquifucuna's Victor Valderramal, in the 47th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for CD Maquifucuna. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jácome Alegria to strike the kick off in the second half. Ximun Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ximun Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in CD Maquifucuna fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Diego Ursueguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jácome Alegria, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Diego Ursueguia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jácome Alegria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jácome Alegria struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Diego Ursueguia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agoyan SC. When Jácome Alegria came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Agoyan SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jácome Alegria couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 66 in the game by Abel Biñuela from a close distance when the talented Espínola Sudupe managed to make a qualified save. Agoyan SC's players were relieved. CD Maquifucuna's Diego Ursueguia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Abres in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th match minute, CD Maquifucuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibarra Limofer to maneuver through the defense. Diego Ursueguia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Abres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vilson Andino fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Maquifucuna's protests and gave Vilson Andino a yellow card for diving instead. Vilson Andino hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jonatan Cabuerniga hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Emilio Asencion, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, CD Maquifucuna's Jonatan Cabuerniga got a free kick in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jácome Alegria in the 85th minute of play forced CD Maquifucuna's goalkeeper Diego Ursueguia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jácome Alegria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Ursueguia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After 89 played minutes, CD Maquifucuna's Gonzales Mancina shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Espínola Sudupe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Maquifucuna reached it. After having played for 91 minutes, Victor Valderramal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Maquifucuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Valderramal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Claudio Vasaburu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Maquifucuna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agoyan SC the free kick. Anibal Abres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Ursueguia having to interfere. The CD Maquifucuna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Agoyan SC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
