CD Montesinos's Udalaitz Hoyon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Pablo Arceo in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Juan-Pablo Arceo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Udalaitz Hoyon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Egas's Reynaldo Beysama proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Egas from getting a goal against them. Reynaldo Beysama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuaco Vasallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Garrido Marroquin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Ximen Izaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Udalaitz Hoyon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xaver Araico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Egas's goalkeeper Reynaldo Beysama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Egas's goal looked a bit too open when Xuaco Vasallo came free, but Reynaldo Beysama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan-Pablo Arceo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xaver Araico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Beysama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Xuaco Vasallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vedillo Guim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Udalaitz Hoyon having to interfere.

When Juan-Pablo Arceo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Egas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan-Pablo Arceo couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute Xuaco Vasallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Beysama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xaver Araico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When CD Montesinos's Xaver Araico in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Egas's goalie prevented a goal. Reynaldo Beysama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuaco Vasallo in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xaver Araico in the 70th minute of play forced Egas's goalkeeper Reynaldo Beysama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xuaco Vasallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Reynaldo Beysama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xuaco Vasallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Egas's zone, Xuaco Vasallo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Beysama came out of the goal and Xuaco Vasallo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xaver Araico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xaver Araico in the 84th minute of play forced Egas's goalkeeper Reynaldo Beysama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Juan-Pablo Arceo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Udalaitz Hoyon. Juan-Pablo Arceo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Juan-Pablo Arceo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Udalaitz Hoyon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Egas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
