Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fortunato Alcolea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Fortunato Alcolea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amador Puget was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carlos Borica. After 21 played minutes Pichanillas got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Alvaro. In the 27th minute Fortunato Alcolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Puget saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Timoteo Camango managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichanillas's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Camango was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Moroño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jairo Casa came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Pichanillas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Casa couldn't finish the play. Claudio Moroño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Camango, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Fortunato Alcolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Puget saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Puget came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Galpan SC's Victoro Guitian. But to his dismay, Victoro Guitian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Jairo Casa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Galpan SC's goalkeeper Claudio Moroño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jairo Casa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Casa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emilio Sedan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Fortunato Alcolea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute of the match, Jairo Casa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudio Moroño saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Amador Puget took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Alcolea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Edgar Pandilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Puget was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 75th match minute, Pichanillas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Casa to maneuver through the defense. Amador Puget showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Pandilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Zorion Labandera charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zorion Labandera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Pichanillas got a freekick which was hit by Zorion Labandera. Fortunato Alcolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Puget having to interfere. Jairo Casa struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Claudio Moroño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pichanillas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Camango got free with Claudio Moroño in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes in the game, Jairo Casa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Claudio Moroño having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Galpan SC's zone, Timoteo Camango stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Moroño came out of the goal and Timoteo Camango tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Galpan SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
